1. Service

Tymerly is a public SaaS service for time tracking, reporting, and related team workflow features operated by RS Global FZC LLC.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may update, change, or discontinue specific features at any time.

2. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for accurate registration data and for the security of your devices, passwords, and workspace user access.

You must not submit unlawful content, malware, other people’s credentials, or data you do not have the right to process.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to violate law, bypass restrictions, gain unauthorized access, send spam, abuse the API, or interfere with platform operations.

We may suspend or terminate access if your use creates security, infrastructure, legal, or abuse risk.

4. Data, Exports, and Backups

You retain rights to your content and workspace data. We process it to provide the service, support users, secure the platform, and improve the product.

You are responsible for what data you upload, which users you invite, and for maintaining your own periodic exports or backups if your organization requires them.

5. Free Service and No SLA

Tymerly in the public contour is currently offered as a free SaaS service. That does not create an individual SLA, dedicated support commitment, guaranteed uptime, or guaranteed recovery time.

We may apply limits, anti-abuse measures, maintenance windows, infrastructure changes, and public plan or policy updates as the service evolves.

6. Security and Data

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tymerly does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully secure, or always free from loss, corruption, delay, or unavailability of data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tymerly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, customers, time, or data.

Unless law requires otherwise, your sole remedy if you are dissatisfied with the service is to stop using it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security concerns, abuse, or operational reasons.

After termination, certain data may be retained for legal compliance, dispute resolution, audit, or service protection purposes.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the product, infrastructure, and legal requirements evolve. The current version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law and Age

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved by contacting us at [email protected] first; unresolved disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Tymerly. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement.
