RS Global FZC LLC operates Tymerly and acts as the data controller to the extent we determine the purposes and means of processing personal data in the public contour.

We may collect registration details such as name, email, workspace name, technical logs, browser information, cookies, and data you create inside the service.

If you contact support, we may retain the contents of your request and related diagnostic information.

3. How We Use Data

We use data to register accounts, verify email ownership, create workspaces, authenticate users, provide service features, support users, secure the platform, prevent abuse, and improve the product.

4. Legal Bases

Depending on the jurisdiction and processing activity, we may rely on contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and where applicable, consent.

5. Sharing and Processors

We may share data with hosting providers, email providers, analytics vendors, and infrastructure processors when necessary to operate the service.

We do not sell personal data to advertisers or share it for behavioral advertising as part of the ordinary service model.

6. Infrastructure and Subprocessors

We use the following providers to operate the service: Cloudflare (CDN, DDoS protection, web analytics — United States, data transfers covered by Standard Contractual Clauses); the Inter font is bundled directly with the site — no external font CDN requests are made. Additional providers may be used for email delivery and application hosting.

We do not sell personal data to advertisers or share it for behavioural advertising.

7. Retention

Account data is retained while the account is active and deleted within 30 days of a confirmed deletion request. Email verification tokens are valid for 48 hours and automatically purged after that. Technical logs are retained for up to 30 days.

Certain data may be retained longer where required by law, for dispute resolution, security investigations, or service protection.

8. Security

We use reasonable security measures, but we cannot guarantee absolute security of transmission, storage, or access at all times.

This Privacy Policy does not eliminate our obligations under applicable privacy law, but it also does not constitute a guarantee that incidents, outages, or data loss can never occur.
